inspiring farmers, artists & sovereign souls to HOMESTEAD, HEAL & step into soulful SERVICE

Hi there, I’m, Krista and I’m committed to sharing our journey with others who are on a similar path. Whether your community is interested in slow living & simplicity, soulful permaculture, art as ceremony, DIY birth & death, lacto-fermented yum yums, or community healing ceremony, I am passionate about supporting mankind’s soul-repair in harmony with all things.

I have done extensive training and presented at diverse conferences for the last 10 years. Let me know what you’d like to hear from me and I’ll put it together – or choose from my already designed talks/workshops.

My family and I are all available to speak at your conference, appear on your podcast, or share a workshop at your event.

Food freedom and the law of the soul part I

covers our family’s experience with the Private Membership/Ministry Association (PMA) structure and lays a foundation for understanding the truth about living in alignment with Love and Law and living in humility and honor.

Food Freedom and the Law of the soul Part II

continues where Part I leaves off though it does stand alone. It covers the main concepts you need to master in order to step into living in alignment with REALITY and exiting the Matrix as well as a deeper look into the Law of the Soul; how restoring belonging, order, and reciprocity allows love to flow again even in the most stuck systems.

We are also happy to create a custom presentation for your event

“It’s like performance art,” says chef-owner Krista Arias, pouring crêpe batter to a soundtrack of French music. ~ Nancy Rommelmann, Bon Appétit

As if tipping her hat to Rilke who wrote “a work of art is good if it has grown out of necessity,” Arias started Fold — “think the fold of the batter, the fold of the community, and the fold of the paper” — because she needed it. ~ Meg Daly, Oregon Humanities

A “philosophy” cafe where locals meet to sip mint-laced hot chocolate and read Aristotle. ~ Seattle Times

The hipster-rustic ambiance – decor includes antique school desks and local craftiness – sets the mood for a romantic brunch or a solo date with The New York Times. ~ Willamette Week

Fold Creperie! A Food Cart Pioneer! ~ James Beard Award Winner, Karen Brooks

A new mover and shaker on the crepe scene, this one-woman operation gets huge props for her sweet biz name and the kickass silver Streamline trailer Fold calls home. ~ Portland Mercury

“Fold Crêperie—one of Portland’s original “street food” mavericks” ~ Portland Monthly
