Potluck reminder:

Please bring a dish to share, ideally made according to traditional foods preparations methods. Please bring a card with a list of ALL ingredients so people with allergies can self-select. Contact us if you are unsure or confused about this and we can make some suggestions. Here are some basic guidelines:

• no vegetable oil except olive (use butter, lard tallow etc.)
• no processed foods
• no soy in any form
• soaked nuts and grains
• pastured (grass-fed) meat and dairy
