Tierra Soul needs a Caretaker

Hi There,
We are the Arias Clan (Mama, Papa and two little ones). We run a small B&Bee (no breakfast but we do have bees!) in the inner North Portland area (just off Mississippi Ave.) We offer visitors a unique experience in Portland DIY urban farming and creative culture. We are doily free and full of funk. We are looking for an eager, energetic and warm person to take over daily operations of our family business while we take a sabbatical year (maybe abroad) and focus our attention on building the Farm-School branch of our project. You would keep the magic alive while we are away. We want you to be as autonomous as possible. Make guests happy. Keep things looking great and we will leave you to work your magic. Of course, we are not abandoning the farm, but inviting you into our Village. We expect to collaborate and continue to infuse the farm with our family spirit as well as incorporate your talents and weave your story into our mission.
