Cancellation Policy

We are a small inn with only 4 Guestrooms and the Corner Caravan. When you book a room with us, we hold it for you, which means we say no to other potential guests. Many of our rooms are booked months in advance and it is difficult to fill vacancies at the last minute.

We offer a 50% refund from the time you book up until 1 week prior to arrival.

  • Must be made seven full days prior to 12:00 AM local time on the day of check in, otherwise no refund. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Thursday at midnight. After that we cannot offer a refund.
  • If a guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • If you have a complaint you must talk to us first and give us the opportunity to remedy your concern.
  • A reservation is not officially canceled until the guest receives confirmation from Tierra Soul.

Tenants/guests shall indemnify and hold harmless MARGINAL PARADISE, LLC, dba Tierra Soul and David and Krista Arias from and against any and all claims arising from the Tenants’/guests use of the premises and any and all amenities on the property available to Tenants/guests, including damages, costs, attorney fees, expenses and liabilities incurred in the defense of any claim or action proceedings arising therefrom. Tenants/guests hereby assume all risk of damage to property, including household furniture and goods, or injury to person’s in or about the premises from any cause, and Tenant’s/guest’s  family, employees, guests and visitors (with permission of Owner). Each provision of this agreement shall be deemed both a covenant and a condition. The terms, conditions and covenants of this agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of each of the parties hereto, their heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns.
